Angelina Micha Djaja is from Indonesia/Canada and has a BA in Economics from NYU Abu Dhabi. Her background includes work in finance, business advisory and social development research. She has experience in implementing programs within both student and professional organizations — ensuring the scalability and sustainability of REACH’s initiatives as well as its execution.
CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND EXTERNAL RELATIONS
David Kafambe has an MBA from Cavendish University Uganda and is the co-founder of the Centre for Creativity and Capacity Development. He has over a decade of experience working with youth, community development and social entrepreneurship, and has led a number of initiatives with NGOs and the Ugandan government. He plays a crucial role coordinating our initiatives with our local partners.
CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Clara Bicalho has extensive experience managing initiatives in the areas of education, social justice and academic research in Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Uganda, and her native Brazil. Her vision and commitment to community engagement and sustainability have been crucial to the design of REACH's education model and long-term vision.
Co-founder, director of monitoring and evaluation
Eduardo Campillo is an undergraduate at NYU Abu Dhabi studying Economics. His experience lies mainly in conducting research design and evaluation across disciplines in the Social Sciences. Alongside a passion for Development Economics and the role that education plays in this matter, he is responsible for the Management and Evaluation of REACH’s projects.
